Featured offering
Automation Build Session
$175 · 60 minutes · One-on-one
Turn a documented workflow into a working automation. We use the first paid session to document the process in detail and prepare the runbook. Additional sessions are used to build, test, and refine the automation.
You may join the build sessions and work alongside us, or reserve the time for NIS to build independently with a brief progress discussion along the way.
What one hour can accomplish
The first paid session normally documents one focused workflow and produces its detailed runbook. During later sessions, one hour may be enough to build and test a small automation or complete a defined part of a larger one. Automations involving several systems, complex decisions, or extensive testing will require additional sessions.
We’ll keep each hour focused on a clear objective and explain what was completed, what remains, and the best next step. For a larger build, the free audit and any necessary research are used to establish the formal build price and expected number of sessions before work begins. Sessions are then scheduled one hour at a time.
Best for
- A workflow recommended during your free audit
- An automation already being built
- Testing, troubleshooting, or refining an existing automation
Hands-on AI coaching
AI Productivity Workshop
$150 · 60 minutes · One-on-one
Share your screen and work inside the AI platform you already use. We’ll help you improve prompts, organize your work, and find more effective ways to use AI for your actual responsibilities.
These sessions focus primarily on ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, but we can also work with Microsoft Copilot, Grok, and other platforms.
Best for
- Improving how you use AI in your daily work
- Applying AI to a specific task or responsibility
- Learning through your own examples instead of a general presentation
Sessions are booked individually. NIS will send an invoice after booking, with payment due before the session.
Automation Build Sessions
From a real workflow to a working automation, one focused session at a time.
Every workflow is different, but the path is consistent. We confirm that the idea is practical, document how the work actually happens, and then build and test it in manageable pieces.
Start with the free audit
We examine the workflow, identify the systems and people involved, and determine whether it is a reasonable automation candidate. You receive a concise implementation plan and our recommendation. Formal pricing follows after any necessary research.
Document the complete process
The first paid session normally follows the workflow from beginning to end, including its decisions, exceptions, required access, and definition of a successful result. NIS then provides the detailed runbook that will guide the build.
Build and test in focused sessions
Each additional hour has a clear objective. A simple automation may be completed and tested during one session. Larger builds are divided into practical stages. You may participate while we build, or NIS can work independently during the reserved time and provide a brief progress update.
Put it into operation
Once the automation is tested and approved, NIS can deploy, monitor, and maintain it as a managed service. If you prefer to operate it yourself, we can hand off the customer-owned components included with the build.
AI Productivity Workshops
Use AI more effectively in the work you already do.
This is a one-on-one working session, not a general presentation. You share your screen, open the AI platform you normally use, and work through your own responsibilities, questions, and examples with NIS.
Choose where you need help
Bring a task, an unfinished result, a prompt that is not working, or simply questions about how to use the platform more effectively. We’ll prioritize whatever will be most useful during the hour.
Work through it together
We demonstrate practical approaches inside your account while you remain in control of the screen. You can try different instructions, compare results, and ask questions as we work.
Apply what works to your routine
The goal is for you to understand techniques you can continue using after the session. There is no required project or formal deliverable.
Possible topics include
- Writing clearer instructions and improving weak results
- Drafting, revising, summarizing, and organizing information
- Working with documents, spreadsheets, or other uploaded material
- Setting up reusable instructions for recurring work
- Researching information and checking the reliability of results
- Choosing which AI platform or feature fits a particular task
- Using AI responsibly with business information
Sessions focus primarily on ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Microsoft Copilot, Grok, and other platforms can also be discussed.
Before your session
Bring the real work. We’ll take it from there.
You do not need to prepare a presentation or clean up the process before the meeting. Seeing how the work actually happens is more useful than seeing an idealized version of it.
For an Automation Build Session
- The person who performs or understands the workflow
- Access to the systems normally used
- A real example of the information going in and the expected result
- Any known exceptions, approval requirements, or unusual cases
- Items identified in the implementation plan or previous session
For an AI Productivity Workshop
- Access to your own AI platform
- A task, question, document, or result you want to improve
- Examples of prompts or approaches you have already tried, if any
- Any questions you want to address during the hour
Both sessions are conducted virtually and one-on-one. You will share your screen and remain in control of your systems and accounts.
Clear expectations
Know what your session includes.
A working session, not a sales call
Paid time is spent on your workflow, automation, or AI use. If you are still deciding what should be automated, begin with the free audit.
Booked one hour at a time
There is no session package or continuing commitment. Book another hour when additional work would be useful.
Completion depends on the scope
A focused task or small automation may be completed in one hour. Larger or multi-system builds are divided into clear stages, with progress reviewed after each session.
Monitoring is a separate managed service
An automation created through build sessions is not automatically monitored or maintained. NIS can provide ongoing hosting, monitoring, backups, and maintenance under a separately scoped managed-service agreement.
AI workshops are skill-building sessions
The AI Productivity Workshop is intended to improve how you use your chosen platform. It does not promise a completed automation, written report, or other formal deliverable.
Questions
Before you book.
Do I need a free audit before booking an Automation Build Session?
It is strongly recommended for a new workflow. The audit helps confirm that the automation is practical and identifies what should happen next. You may book a Build Session directly when continuing existing work or when the objective is already clearly defined.
How many Build Sessions will my automation require?
That depends on the workflow, systems, decision points, and testing required. A small automation may be built and tested quickly. A larger automation will be divided into defined stages. The free audit provides an initial recommendation, and formal pricing follows after any required research.
What if the workflow cannot be automated?
We will explain the limitation and recommend practical alternatives. The purpose of the free audit is to identify these issues before you begin paying for build time whenever possible.
Who should attend the session?
For an Automation Build Session, it should be the person who performs or thoroughly understands the workflow. For an AI Productivity Workshop, it should be the person who will use the AI platform afterward. Both sessions are one-on-one.
Will NIS need access to our systems?
During a collaborative session, you normally share your screen and remain in control. If you ask NIS to build independently during the reserved time, we will agree on the required access and security arrangements beforehand.
Can we discuss more than one task or topic?
Yes. The hour belongs to you. For automation work, keeping the session focused on one workflow usually produces the best progress. AI workshops can cover multiple related questions when time permits.
Is an automation monitored after the Build Session?
Not automatically. Hosting, monitoring, backups, maintenance, and optional dashboard access are available through a separately scoped managed-service agreement.
How does payment work?
NIS sends an invoice after booking, with payment due before the scheduled session. Each session is booked and invoiced individually.
