You do not need to identify the perfect automation before contacting us. Start with one repetitive task, recurring frustration, or process that depends too heavily on manual effort.

Mention it to your usual NIS contact, send us an email, or book a free automation audit. One sentence describing the problem is enough to begin.
Walk us through the workflow
During the free one-hour audit, the person who performs the work shows us how it actually happens—including the decisions, exceptions, and workarounds. Because we already know much of your technical environment, we can spend more of that hour understanding the process itself. You receive a concise implementation plan and our recommendation.
Review the pricing and decide
If the workflow is a good automation candidate, we complete any necessary research and send formal pricing for the build and expected managed service. If you approve it, the first paid session documents the process in detail and produces the runbook. Managed automation service can be added to your existing NIS agreement and invoice.
If you decide not to proceed, nothing about your existing NIS service changes, and the implementation plan is still yours.

Once we agree that a workflow is a good candidate, Automation Build Sessions provide dedicated one-on-one time to move it forward. Because NIS already knows much of your environment, we can usually begin the detailed process work with less technical discovery.

The first paid session normally documents the approved workflow in detail and produces its runbook. Additional sessions are used to build, test, and refine the automation.
You can participate while we build, or we can work independently during the time you reserve and meet briefly to review progress.
